What does a Professional Organizer do?
A Professional Organizer helps you to effectively declutter and organize your home. We also help you create simple systems in place to maintain your space going forward.
What are the benefits of getting organized?
An organized space provides a calming environment that enables you to relax, unwind, or be as productive as you choose.
Less wasted time and money spent looking for and replacing lost items.
Less clutter leads to a clear mind which increases productivity and enhances creativity.
What should I do to prepare for the consultation?
Nothing! It’s helpful to see how your home / office looks and functions on a typical day. We like to see what is and isn’t working so that we can create a plan that works with your needs and lifestyle.
Will sessions be confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. We do not share your information with anyone.
Do you work alone?
We encourage our clients to work alongside us as it gives us the opportunity to see how they function in the space and allows us to explain the systems that we put in place.
Clients who are an active part of the process tend to maintain the space going forward. It will also enable us to get the job done quicker which will save you time and money.
Will you take photos?
We value and respect our client’s privacy. We encourage before and after photos as they are beneficial to show your progress. With client approval we will use photos in our marketing materials. Please note, client names are not attached to the photos.
Will you help me get rid of my items?
Yes, upon request, we will provide a listing of companies that accept donated items and can review various options for item sales.
Do you purchase the supplies?
When possible, we try to use items that you already own. If additional items are necessary we will make suggestions. Clients can choose to purchase the items on their own or if you prefer, we can shop and make the purchases for you. Additional charges may apply for shopping.
What are your fees?
Hourly rates for residential projects start at $75 per hour. Please contact us for pricing on corporate projects, presentations, and workshops.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, zelle, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the end of each work session.
What are your hours?
Sessions are scheduled Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5pm. Based on a client’s needs, we can schedule a limited number of sessions in the evenings and on weekends.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We will give a 15 minute grace period for appointments. We reserve the right to charge cancellations and no shows a fee equal to 2 hours time.
